Ingredients

12-14 servings
  • Hareesa
  • 1 kgbeef boneless
  • 1/2tabl spn roasted and crushed zeera
  • 1,1/2 tspn salt/to taste
  • 1tspn crushed black pepper
  • 2tabl spn ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupdesi ghee/oil
  • 3tabl spn green chillies crushed
  • 1.5 literwater
  • 6-8green chillies
  • 1/2 cupmong dal (soaked over night)
  • 1 cupwhole wheat/Daliya soaked over night
  • 1/2 cuprice soaked over night
  • for kababs
  • 700 grambeef qeema
  • 3tabl spn green chillies crushed
  • 2tabl spn ginger garlic paste
  • 1tspn salt
  • 4-5tabl spn besan (dry roasted)
  • oil for frying
  • For tarka (palak)
  • 1 bunchpalak blanched
  • 7-8hari mirchen
  • 1tspn adrak julian for garnish
  • some lemon slices for garnish
  • 1 cupdesi ghee
  • For tarka (piaz)
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1tabl spn adrak julian
  • 1 cupdesi ghee

    Qeemy me sary ajza mix kar ke choty choty kbab bana kar shallow fry kar ke rakh lein

  2. 2

    Bary degchy me ghee dal kar ginger garlic paste fry karein boneless beef dal kar achy sy bhun lein nmak zeera kali mirch green chilli kuti hui or pani dal kar low heat py gla lein pani dry ho jaye

  3. 3

    1 brtan me mong ki dal 1 cup pani or 2 sy 3 hari mirchon ke sath gla lein

  4. 4

    1 brtan me gandum ko pani or 2 sy 3 green chilli ke sath gla lein daliya b dal skty hain

  5. 5

    1 brtan me chawal 1 cup pani or 2 sy 3 green chilli ke sath paka lein

  6. 6

    Sb kch gal jaye thanda ho jaye to achy sy blend kar lein or gosht waly brtan me dal dein or ghota lgaty jayen nmak adjust kar lein taste kar ke

  7. 7

    Garnish ke liye kbab bcha kar rakh lein baqi hareesa me mix kar dein

  8. 8

    Palak tarka ke liye palak ko blanch kar lein or blender me green chilli ke sath blend kar lein desi ghee gram kar ke palak paste fal kar 4 sy 5 minute fry karein or hareesa py dal dein
