Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing a classic recipe: frittata. Eggs are one of my favorite ingredients because they’re delicious, healthy, and the base for so many dishes. Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. To taste, onion
  2. 3 1/2 ozbell peppers (100 g)
  3. 3 1/2 ozeggplant (100 g)
  4. 3 1/2 ozzucchini (100 g)
  5. 3eggs
  6. 2 1/2 ozParmesan cheese (70 g)
  7. as neededExtra virgin olive oil,
  8. Salt, to taste

    Wash and dice the vegetables. In a nonstick skillet, sauté a bit of onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once the onion is golden, add the vegetables, season with salt, and sauté for a few minutes until cooked (I like them crisp, so I don’t cook them too long).

    Crack and beat the eggs, adding a splash of water to help break up the proteins, then mix in the Parmesan cheese.

    Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the vegetables, stir to combine, and cover. Cook over low heat for 4–5 minutes. Then flip the frittata and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes until golden.

    Remove from heat and serve hot.

    With all these colors, this dish is truly cheerful and appetizing. I recommend trying it with toasted bread—it’s delicious!

Amo cucinare qualsiasi pietanza, mi piace creare e sperimentare, a dire il vero ho fatto grandi casini in passato.. ma l'esperienza premia e adesso i risultati mi sorprendono sempre e, cosa che mi fa più piacere, sorprendono gli altri. Cucino per me e per la mia famiglia piatti leggeri, light.. ma non ci facciamo mancare qualche strappo alla regola.. magari il sabato sera o invitando qualche amico.. soprattutto parlando di dolci, che adoriamo fare e soprattutto mangiare 😋😋😋😋😋.. se vi fa piacere seguitemi nella mia cucina e divertiamoci insieme 👩🏻‍🍳🤩😍❤💙❤🌻!
