First put saffron threads in a cup and pour hot water in cup. Cover the cup while you preparing the drink.

Mix honey with lukewarm water(not hot) in a jar. Add chia seeds and strit gently. Add rose water and orang blossom extract. Cover the jar and keep refrigerated until saffron water is ready about 2 hours.

Add saffron water to chia seed drink and stir slowly.Let it stand covered in fridge for another 6 hours. After this time drink has lovely gelatinous texture. Enjoy!
