Happy Independence Day to all my Cook pad friends. I have prepared Cheese Paratha with few ingredients

For dough : Take one and a half cup wheat flour. Add salt, ajwain and salt, water. Mix....well and knead a smooth dough. Keep aside for three minutes.

For stuffing : In a bowl add grated cheese, a pinch of salt (optional).chopped onion, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder. Mix....well. Keep a side.

Take a rolling pi. From the dough take a small ball from the dough. Roll like a chapati.

Put the stuffing in the chapati and fold it from four sides and roll it again like a chapati.

Heat tawa. Place the chapati. Cook both the sides. Brush oil both the sides. Fry till it become light brown in color.

Once it is done. Keep aside.

Transfer to a serving plate. Decorate with tricolor grated carrot, grated paneer and boiled french beans. Ready to serve...hot....cheese paratha with any chutney
