Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove the peduncle/ stem from grapes

Fill the pan with 2 litre of water along with grapes
- 3
Stir occasionally for 10 minutes, so that the grapes don't stick to the bottom of the vessel andh for uniform cooking of grapes

Boil this for 5 more minutes until the grapes become soft

Cool the mixture completely.

Filter the mixture Using a metal strainer

Mash the grapes with a potato masher.

Squeeze the juice completly by adding more water through the strainer

Add honey and sugar to the squeezed grape pulp according to our sweetness. Then add 4 drops of rose water to this(optional)

Cool completely before storing the grape juice

Take another small bowl and add 4 tbsp of sabja seed with water. These seeds have to be soaked generally before using and they increase their size 20-30 times.

Add the sabja seeds into the juice and Mix well, adjust the concentration and the amount of sugar depending on the grape sweetness and sourness. seeds with grape juice

Finally refrigerate the juice and serve chilled. ENJOY YOUR DRINK!
