Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida / all-purpose flour
  • 1 cupmendo
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 cupwarm milk
  • 2 spooncurd (sour)
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 spoonitalian mix herbs
  • As needed water
  • 5 tspGarlic butter
  • 5 tspSalted butter
  • 1/2 tspMix italian herbs
  • 4 tspCrushed garlic
  • For Stuffing
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • handfulCorn
  • 5-6Olives
  • 2 tspChopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • as neededCheese mozzarella otherwise regular

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida,curd,baking soda,baking powder oil italian herbs, sugar, and prepare to soft dough add 2 spoon water.

    Take rest for one hour.

  3. 3

    Then take butter add crush garlic, mix herbs.

  4. 4

    After one hour the dough is ready Making one inch thick roti.

  5. 5

    Add garlic butter mixture and, capsicums, chopped coriander, grated cheese,chillyflakes.

    And fold like ghughra, spread butter mixture on the top side

  7. 7

    And spread the water in roti lining.

    And cut lines help of the knife (not of till last.)

    Preheated oven in 10 minutes then bake it 25 minutes in oven convection mode.
