In a bowl take gram flour with hing, carrom seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, kasoori methi,salt,red chilli sauce and add water. Now whisk it and make a batter of flowing consistency.

Heat a tawa at high flame & add 4-5 drops oil and spread over the entire tawa with napkin then sprinkle some water and wipe again. Spread some batter and cook with oil or butter on both sides.

Serve with Chutney/ ketchup/schezwan chutney.
