spicy Shimla Mirch is very tasty and yummy. Enjoy with roti, paratha, puri.
Steps

Chopped green chili, onion and cut the potatoes, tomato, green shimla mirch in pieces. Grate the ginger.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add potatoes and fry till golden brown.

In the same pan, add cumin seeds,green chilli, onion, fry till golden brown on medium flame. Add ginger, red chili sauce. Mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Mix well. Saute for a minute.

Add tomato, shimla mirch and fried potatoes, mix well. Cover it with the lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.

Open the lid, add salt to taste, garam masala, mix well. Cook for another 2 mins on low flame. Spicy shimla mirch is ready to serve with roti, purina or paratha.
