  • 250 gmsflour
  • 23ggs
  • 200 gmsmargarine
  • 200 gmssugar
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 1 tbsbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the margarine and sugar to a consistent paste

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mix

  3. 3

    Mix flour and baking powder

  4. 4

    Add the flour mix into the paste and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the milk and mix and finally the last part of the flour

  6. 6

    Pour the batter into a greased baking tin/sufuria

  7. 7

    Bake in the pre heated oven
