I am inspired by my hubby. As he always want something different so I tried this. It is special as I made it on iron tawa.

I am inspired by my hubby. As he always want something different so I tried this. It is special as I made it on iron tawa.
Steps

Take flour in a bowl and knead the soft dough.

Take a big ball of dough. Then roll it to a big circle. Apply ghee, salt, deggi mirch and kasoori methi.

Make fan of this circle and stretch it with soft hands.

Turn it round.

Dust some flour and roll it with soft hands. Apply water with a brush on one side.

Keep it on tawa. But water side should be on tawa so that it will stick to tawa. Wait for a minute.

Now turn the tawa on gas flame and cook it.

Now your tandoori parantha is ready. You can see the lachchhas. You can crush it also.

Serve it hot with white /amul butter.
