Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 1 bowlonion and tomato puree
  3. 1/2 bowlpeas
  4. 2capsicum chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 cupmalai
  11. As neededwater
  12. As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the ghee and add cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add onion tomato paste,peas,capsicum and saute it.

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add malai and add as needed water mix well.

  6. 6

    Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes and sabji is ready to serve it.
