Slice onion. Cut potatoes in wedges.cut bhindi in roundels. Now heat oil n roast the potato wedges well covering the lid until the turn soft. Take them out of oil n add some more oil n roast lady's finger roundels without covering the lid. Take them out too.

Now heat some more oil n add onions. Slightly saute them n add ginger garlic paste n saute well. Add all the powdered masalas n mix well. Add a little water so that the masalas would not burn n roast well.

Add the roasted potato wedges and lady's fingers to the masala mix. N cook for a while. The dish is ready.
