Ingredients

  • 200 gdesiccated coconut
  • 1 cancondensed milk
  • 1/2 cupbutter or margarine
  • 1 cupwhite sugar
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs and add the sugar til dissolved

  2. 2

    Add in condensed milk, and butter/margarine. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add the desiccated coconut and fold the mixtures together

  4. 4

    Bake for 30min at 300°F
