  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 2medium onion
  3. 3 tbspg garlic paste
  4. 1 cupyoghurt
  5. 1/2 cupbalai/cream
  6. 3 tbspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspwhite pepper
  8. 1 tspcumin seed powder
  9. 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 cupoil
  12. 1 inchginger julian
  13. 5green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and make paste of green chillies coriander and cumin seeds

    Take a wok add oil and heat up

  3. 3

    Chop onion and add into oil and saute for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes

  5. 5

    Now add g g paste and prepared chilli paste and fry

  6. 6

    Cook the chickenfor 5 minutes then add yoghurt

  7. 7

    Now cover the lid and low the flame and cook until chicken gets tender

  8. 8

    When chicken looks tender now add salt and white pepper and half amount of cream

  9. 9

    Now add julian ginger and green chillies. And cook on very low flame

  10. 10

    After 5 minute add rmaining cream and off the flame

  11. 11

    Now your delecious chicken white karahi is ready to serve with naan and salad
