Ingredients

  1. 5eggs
  2. 8tomatoes
  3. 2scotch bonnets, 1 green pepper
  4. 2medium onions
  5. Garlic
  6. Cumin, curry, blackpepper
  7. Sausages (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions, add garlic

    Add sausages, tomatoes and scotch bonnets

    Reduce the sourness, spice and season it up.

  4. 4

    Simmer on low heat. Finally sprinkle the green peppers.

    Make five wells and break up eggs. Simmer for 10 minutes on low flame

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some parsley and serve hot.
