Steps

Boil potatoes. Add salt while boiling. Let it cool. Peel the skin and cut it into pieces.

Garlic chutney. Take a mixer jar put garlic cloves, chilli powder,salt,coriander powder and water and make a paste of it.

Heat the oil in pan add asfotida and then chutney and let it saute for 1 min on medium flame. Then add potatoes and lemon juice.

Take oil in large pan for frying frymes. Fry all your frymes.

Garnish wth onion, peanuts and coriander.
