Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly and stirring simultaneously. Add all the dry masale and mix. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and kasuri methi and mix.

Add oats in the batter and mix. Mix kasuri methi and mix well.

Cut bread slices in small triangular shape.

Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread triangle in oats mixture and cover it from all sides and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Like wise make all the snacks.

Serve hot with sauce.
