Wash and soak chana overnight.

Boil chana with salt and keep aside.

Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion saute it till golden brown in colour add garlic and ginger paste, saute it add tomatoes, puree mix it cook till oil separate add dry spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, chana masala and mix it properly and then add chana, cook and add little water for gravy.

Serve with bhtura poori pulav roti or paratha.
