One of my girl friends is in LOVE with quail eggs. I had to borrow her Tupperware after a night of kbbq; so I figured I could return the Tupperware with something she likes. ☺️

One of my girl friends is in LOVE with quail eggs. I had to borrow her Tupperware after a night of kbbq; so I figured I could return the Tupperware with something she likes. ☺️

Mix everything but the eggs in a glass Tupperware. Set aside to marinate.

Meanwhile, boil your quail eggs! If you have fresh eggs - add a tsp of salt and tsp of vinegar to a pot of boiling water. Boil til cooked, then add to your marinade.

(I used canned quail eggs)

Stick in the fridge overnight and they’ll be nicely tanned in the morning! Enjoy w/ a bowl of rice ☺️

PS - sprinkle on a few drops of sesame oil when you eat it (not in the marinade). Trust me on this one!
