Heat a pan add4 cup water,2tbsp sugar & to taste salt. Whenever water started boiling add rice flour mix it well & stir continuously on low flame till it makes a soft dry dough. Heat another pan add coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder to make a dry stuffing mixture. Take a small portion from dough on your palm flat it on as much as thin stuff the coconut mixture, cover it to make a round shape.

Heat oil put the kakorapitha & deep fry on low medium flame. Kakora pitha is ready to serve. Cool it & serve it.
