Ingredients

  • Spinach washed
  • Onion 1 small - sliced
  • Garlic 6 cloves - crushed
  • Dry chilli 2 - cut into 2
  • 1/2 tspmix spices (mustard, fenugreek, fennel, urad dhall)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tbls oil in a pan. Add crack mix spices and dry chilli. Add in onions and garlic. Stir. Cook till onion and garlic turn brown.

    Add washed spinach. Stir well.

    1/2 cup water. Add salt to taste or 2 vegetable stock cubes. Stir. Cook for 1to 2 minutes.
