Take one cup of moong, soak it for 4-5 hours then let them sprout for 7 to 8 hours.

Take a pan add oil in it, add mustard seeds, let them splutter then add finely chopped garlic and green chillies, sauté them for a while. Then add onions after the onions are cooked add tomatoes and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Add all the masalas, mix well. Then add the sprouted moong, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and our sprouted masala moong recipe is ready to be served.
