#Carbohydrates is main source of energy. Wheat flour is rich in carbohydrates. Combined with chilli Paneer it is nutritious as paneer is good source of protein . Good for bones.
Steps

Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water. Rest for 10 minutes. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin in round.

Heat a griddle. Place rolled chapatti on griddle. Roast for 1 minutes.

Flip the side and roast for 2 minutes. Flip again and cook till it gets fluff. Remove it in a plate.

Apply ghee or butter on it's one side.

Peel and Chop onion, ginger, garlic. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add grated tomato puree and cook on low flame till it leaves the sides. Add chopped chilli. Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute.

Mix all the Dry masale and saute for 1 minute. Add water and cook on low flame till done it may take 5 minutes.

Serve chilli Paneer with fulka.
