Steps

In a bowl, add gram flour and salt. Start adding water little at a time to keep the proper thickness and beat continously to make a smooth batter(there shouldn't be any lumps left).

Now add lemon juice and mix.

Grease the Dhokla mould with oil and keep aside.

Mix Eno salt in a batter mix it and pour in to the mould.

Spread choco syrup on the batter and make a round with knife in a batter.

Turn on the gas at medium flame and keep the steamer on it. Pour the water in steamer upto 2 inch. and let it boil.

Keep the Dhokla mould in a steamer for 20 minutes at medium high flame.

After 20 minutes check the Dhokla by applying knife or tooth pick in it. If it is clean it means Dhokla is ready.

Turn off the flame and take out the mould from steamer and keep aside.

For tempering : Keep pan at medium flame on the burner and pour oil, when the oil is hot put mustard seeds and and let it crack and put green chillies, dried red chillies, and sesame seeds and stir for 30 seconds. And then put sugar and little water(about 50 ml.)and boil it.

Take out the Dhokla from mould in a plate. Cut into desired shapes and spread the tempering on dhokla. And garnish with coriander leaves and coconut powder.

Serve the choco dhokla with tamarind chutney. Dhokla is so spongyu that you can eat it like this.
