Soak moong daal for 2 hours.
Boil moong daal for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and grind in mixer without water.Mix amchur powder, salt, cumin powder, chat masala powder, hing, chopped vegetables. You can use your own vegetables. - 2
Use suji and make dough, allow 10 minutes before you start next steps.

Use suji dough and make roti.
Put moong daal mixer on roti and make rolls.
Make sure you close all side with water for roll.
Place in boiling water for 10 minutes. - 4
Let it cool and cut rolls in small pieces.
Serve with kothamir and ketchup.
