Steps

Get it bitterleaf,wash and cut the leaves.

Wash and squeeze the leaves again until the bitterness is okay for u and drain it

Put ur palm oil and heat it,fry ur meat and add ur granded red paper and onion/scotch bonnet,stir fry.add water and seasoning and Allow it to boil

Add ur groundnut powder and Allow it to simmer for 10-13min
- 5
Add ur bitter leaf,ginger and cloves powder,onion spring and scent leaves,lower the heat and allow it to simmer for 10-15min

Bitterleaf soup is ready.....its too yummy yummy

Bitterleaf soup can be take with semovita,tuwon shinkafa,tuwon masara...... But took mine with Eba
