Home made pan cooked pastries

Maybe not crispy or very flaky but slightly flaky if cooked nicely. just as tasty Alhamdulillah and also very easy method... recipe of pastry is one similar to chapati dough, infact can almost triple as a kind pastry sheet dough for pies (as used for a queish once ,and it worked out ok )just bit drier,(tip is maybe add more butter less water ratio during dough making stages)and also, make smaller dough balls and roll thinner.and do do half moons and fill one side with your prefered filling.this works better for savory fillings.and just abit of careful while pan fry to try get evenly cooked around and over the top too.
