Ingredients

7 minutes
  • 6large jalapenos
  • 3large red chili peppers
  • 2large serrano peppers
  • 1/3 Cfresh whole garlic cloves
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/3 Crice vinegar

  1. 1

    Cut off stems on peppers and discard stems

  2. 2

    Throw all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a finely paste texture

  3. 3

    Refrigerate in an air tight container for three days, then serve
