Ingredients

7 minutes

6large jalapenos
3large red chili peppers
2large serrano peppers
1/3 Cfresh whole garlic cloves
1 tspsalt
1/3 Crice vinegar

Cut off stems on peppers and discard stems
2

Throw all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a finely paste texture
3

Refrigerate in an air tight container for three days, then serve
