Ingredients

20-30mins
4-6 servings
  • 4Puff pastry dough or frozen Parathas
  • 2 tbspShangrila peri peri sauce:
  • 1 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1 cupTandoori Chicken marinated and shredded
  • 1small capsicum chopped
  • 1small Tomato chopped
  • Corns: as required
  • 1/4 cupshredded Pizza cheese
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 eggEgg mixture:
  • 1/2 packetcream
  • 2-4 tbspMilk
  • Blend this with a pinch of black pepper

Steps

20-30mins
  1. 1

    Mix mayo,capsicum, peri peri sauce and chicken and make a filling.

  2. 2

    Cut the frozen Parathas into circles enough to cover the muffin tray,use any cutter or jar cover.

  3. 3

    Put these into already greased muffin trays,put the chicken mixture,cheese pour the egg mixture until covered.

  4. 4

    Garnish with corns and tomatoes and olives whatever veggies you like.

    Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 ° C
