Red pasta momos
Steps

Microwave pasta for 6 to 7 minutes by adding little water to it.
Drain it out and grease it with oil and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan.
Add onion puree to it.
Add ginger, garlic and chilli paste to it.
Saute till it becomes golden brown in color. - 2
Add tomato puree and saute for a minute.
Now add all above-mentioned ingredients to it and mix it well.
Cook it on slow flame for 2 minutes untill oil separates from it and become a thick gravy.
Now add boiled pasta in it and saute for a minute.
Let it cool down. - 3
After that take all-purpose flour.
Add salt to it.
And start Kneading it and make medium consistency perfect dough.
Make medium size balls of it.
Now roll it with the help of rolling pin on rolling board of puri size.
Fill 1 spoon red pasta stuffing in it.
Mould and roll it in momos shapes. - 4
And grease it with oil.
Now put it in dhokla cooker for steaming approximately for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve this red pasta momos in a plate with mayonnaise of your choice.
And enjoy this scrumptious dish.
