In cooker put ghee, jeera, sarso & hing roast them well.

Add sabut mirch & tej patta roast well now add tomato ginger paste fry till it brown.

Now add besan & salt mirch haldi coriander powder saute well.

Last we drop papita pieces into the cooker roast it for 2 min add 1 and half cup of water.

Pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle after 5-6 whistle turn off the flame and add smooth curd and garnish it.

Garam masala, kasuri methi or fresh coriander we can serve it kachori puri or roti.
