Ingredients

40 minutes
  • 1 Medium size unripe papita cut into small
  • 2 spoonsghee
  • 2 spoons salt
  • 2 spoons red chilli powder
  • 2 spoons haldi powder
  • 2 spoonscoriander powder
  • As requiredGaram masala
  • as requiredkasuri methi
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • As requiredCumin seeds
  • as required mutard seeds
  • 1 small pieceginger
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 4 sabut dry chillies
  • 2 tablespoons curd
  • 1 teaspoonbesan
  • a pinchhing

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    In cooker put ghee, jeera, sarso & hing roast them well.

  2. 2

    Add sabut mirch & tej patta roast well now add tomato ginger paste fry till it brown.

  3. 3

    Now add besan & salt mirch haldi coriander powder saute well.

  4. 4

    Last we drop papita pieces into the cooker roast it for 2 min add 1 and half cup of water.

  5. 5

    Pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle after 5-6 whistle turn off the flame and add smooth curd and garnish it.

  6. 6

    Garam masala, kasuri methi or fresh coriander we can serve it kachori puri or roti.
