Ingredients

  1. 8cabbage leaves
  2. 150 mlwater
  3. 1big onion
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  6. Ca
  7. 1carrot
  8. 1beetroot
  9. 2mushrooms
  10. 200 gramsMinced meat
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 table spoonSoya sauce,. 1 teaspoon viniger
  13. 1 teaspoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Separate cabbage leaves carefully without tearing them

  2. 2

    In a big bowl add water and boil cabbage leaves wait for 7 minutes and separate them and let them dry

  3. 3

    In a separate pan add oil and put all the vegetables and meat, salt, vinegar and soya sauce. Shallow fry them for 10 minutes and keep it aside.

    Take cabbage leaves and stuff the curry mixture in the middle of the cabbage leave and fold it carefully as shown in the picture.

    Now arrange all the rolls in the banana leaf and steam them for 15 minutes or until done.

    Serve hot with soya sauce or tomato sauce
