Put a pan on low medium stove to heat it up.

Add half kg soji in it.

And keep back and forth soji in pan with spoon until it is slightly brown and give out fragnance.

Then add water to it and keep on moving for 2 minutes, then add sugar to it.

Keep moving the spoon for 2 3 minutes until soji is in thick and smooth consistency.

Soji halwa is ready then garnish it with crushed almonds and nuts.
