Wash and soak raw rice in water for 4 hours. In a bowl add soaked raw rice and cooked rice mix it. In a mixer grinder add raw rice and cooked rice add enough water and grind like a smooth paste. Uniyapachatti. When the oil get heat pour the batter. Turn into another side when the batter is little cooked. Cook for 4 mins in medium flame. In each side when the appam slightly change it's colour remove from the oil and strain the excess oil. Delicious muttappam is ready to serve.
