Ingredients

  • 2-3onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 spooncoriander leaves
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 2 cupBesan /gram flour
  • 1 spoonlemon juice
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 1/2 tspkhaskhas/ poppy seeds
  • 1 tbspchawal ka aata(rice flour)
  • Pinchsoda
  • As neededWater to mix

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bow mix all the ingredients and mix it adding required water.

  2. 2

    In a Kadhai heat oil and then use mixture to make round pakoda shape.

  3. 3

    When it gets half fried take it out.

  4. 4

    Then break it in small pieces and then deep fry again till golden.

  5. 5

    Serve with ketchup or chutney.
