Poha Potato Cutlet

Mashed the potatoes, remove water from soaked Poha. Mix potatoes with poha.

Add lemon juice, chaat masala, green chillies, zeera, salt, onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Make tikkis from it.

Coat tikkis with bread or toast crumbs.

Add some oil in pan for shallow frying. When oil get hot add tikkis in it. Fry from both sides till crisp and cooked. It takes 10 to 15 min.

Serve it with mayo Mint Dip or tomato ketchup which you like.
