It sounds weird i know😅 please cookpadian's suggest a better name for it coz what i actually draw was an amoeba, i guess it actually deformed to a beautiful one while frying😍 since it is said to be shapeless. Please am waiting before people think that we've started eating microbes or unicellular organisms😂

Ingredients

  1. 4 cupflour
  2. 2 tbsppowdered milk
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tspyeast
  5. 1/3 cupsugar and more for coating
  6. 2 tbspbutter
  7. 1 tspMilk or vanilla flavor
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1/2 cwater
  10. Veg oil for frying

    Dissolve powdered milk in 1/2 c water. Add 1 tsp sugar, yeast, egg, and flavor. Mix all together and set aside

    Sift flour, add sugar and salt in bowl. Mix till well blended

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to form a dough

    Rub butter on the dough and message gently into the dough. Knead for 10-15 min on work until dough is soft and elastic

    Grease your bowl and transfer the dough into it. Cover and keep in warm place until it doubles in size

    Deflate the dough

    Knead dough again for some time and divide into two or four balls

    Roll out each ball flat. Place your sketched and cut amoebic shape and place on the dough. Use a razor, small knife or pizza cutter to cut out the shape. See pictures below

    Cover and let it rise again. Finally, fry in boiling oil until golden brown on both side. Coat in sugar and enjoy

    The S-blade shape doughnut is done same way but cut in S shape. The S stand for someone loving to me😃. it's personal. Use same measurements and procedure. How to attain the S shape is shown in the pictures below

    Note: if u like sugar you can add up 1/2c of it to the flour
