Mixed Mini Uttapam with tangy tamarind sauce

Mix all the veggies, paneer, pepper powder and salt in bowl.

Beat an egg and keep aside.

Heat dosa tawa and pour dosa batter as shown in the picture

Pour beaten egg above the mini dosa and cover this for 2 seconds

Apply paneer veggie mix into the top of dosa and press it slightly then cover it again for a minute.

Flip it slowly and wait for 2 or 3 minutes.

Transfer this to a plate..

Lets Make tamarind sauce- Take a bowl and Add 2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato sauce.then add 1 tsp tamarind pulp(adjust the tanginess as per your requirement) and add mixed herbs(optional). Mix it well..Our tangy tamarind sauce is ready.

Plate the uttapam and sauce and serve hot!
