First of all, heat ghee in the pan then add semolina and cook it on low gas for 5to 7 minutes.

After roasting semolina, mix the mawa(Khoya) in it and cook it for 2to3 minutes.

After mixing the mawa, we will turn off the gas. Now put 3 bowl sugar in the second pan and add one and half bowl of water.then cook it and prepare 1 wire Syrup.

Now after the sugar Syrup is ready. turn off the gas. then add ready semolina, Cardamom powder, and chopped dry fruits and mix well.

Now after making it a little cold, you will start making laddus. laddus are made only when they are less hot. they are not made after cooling. therefore, we will prepare laddus quickly.
