Wash the sausages and cut them into round pieces. Marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, salt as needed, 5 mins.

Heat a pan, pour 1 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic crushed, then shallots, green chilies.stir it till it becomes soft, then add grated coconut, stir it a while, then marinated sausage and curry leaf.

Close it with a lid.stir it well on low heat till done.

Don't fry or cook too much.
