Grate coconut into fine mixture either in mixer or in grater

Put 100 ml water in a vessel and turn on the flame. Now add 250 gram jaggery in the water. Let it melt and thicken.

Turn off the flame filter jaggery water through sieve and then again put the jaggery water into the flame

Let it get thicken little bit add 2 tablespoon of ghee and grated coconut into it.

Mix the ingredients properly until it started to get thicken and sticky. It will leave the vessel base but get sticky to the cocking spoon

Turn of the flame and remove the batter into the plate now apply ghee into your hand and make small and round laddoo.

Don't burn your hand as the batter will be hot. Make sure to make laddoo until the batter is hot.

Your coconut jaggery laddoo is ready put it in refrigerator for 2 hr and enjoy it as a sweet dish anytime you like it.
