Steps

First add 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan or wok and roast the makhana until light golden and crisp, keep them out in a plate,let them cool slightly and then crush.

In the same pan add coconut flakes and roast for 2mins on low flame while stir continuously.

In the same way roast cashews, Almonds, melon seeds and keep them out in a plate.

Next add sugar, water and cardamom powder in a pan to make sugar syrup. cook until you get 1 string consistency.

Once done add roasted, crushed makhana and all dry fruits to the sugar syrup and mix until well combined.

Immediately spread the mixture into the greased tray, sprinkle some poppy seeds and pistachios on top. give cut marks on it to get desired pieces.

Once cool separate the pieces and enjoy.
