Grind the masala paste, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger garlic paste into a semi coarse paste. Take a tsp of oil in a tadka spoon and fry the masala paste till the masala is dry.

Take the boiled potatoes in a plate, add the masala paste, salt and mix well. Make equal size balls of the potato mixture keep it aside

Take bread slices and cut the sides.Dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off the excess water. Place the filling in the centre and form it into ball shape sealing all the edges well

Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame and fry the rolls till golden brown. Remove on an absorbent kitchen towel. Serve with schezwan sauce or ketchup
