Ingredients

4 - 6 people
  1. 500 gramsbeef ribs
  2. 4 tablespoonsoil for saute
  3. 4cloves
  4. 3kaffir lime leaves
  5. 3 cmcinnamon stick
  6. 2lemon grass bruised
  7. 1. 250 ml coconut milk
  8. 1 tablespoontamarind juice
  9. Ground Spices:
  10. 7small shallot
  11. 4 clovegarlic
  12. 4-5red chillies (spicy level deepen on your spicy level)
  13. 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  14. 1/4cumin
  15. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder or 2 cm fresh turmeric
  16. 2 cmfresh ginger
  17. 2 teaspoonsalt
  18. Sugar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean the beef ribs then set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan, saute ground spices, add cloves, cinnamon, lime leaves, and lemongrass, stir until smells good.

    Enter the ribs, stir and cover the pan. cook until the meat is tender and the water dries. If the meat is not tender and the water dries up, add enough hot water and continue cooking until the meat is cooked and tender.

    Enter coconut milk and cook until cooked and coconut milk is oily and thickens. Finally, enter the tamarind juice, stir and remove from heat.

    Tips : Serve with rice cake or ketupat or roti or just with normal rice.
