  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 3 tbsmirin
  • 3 tbssoyu
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • #
  • 0.25 cupflour
  • 1egg
  • 1.5 cupcornstarch add lil' bit water gradually till clumbly

    Marinate at least 2h~24 h

    Add flour n egg, mix well

  3. 3

    Roll it in clumbly cornstarch

  4. 4

    Deep fried~ best result, Fried it twice
