Ingredients

  1. 7 cupFull fat milk
  2. 2 tbsplemon juice or Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the milk into a large pot and bring it to boil over medium heat.

    Once Milk started boiling add lemon juice or vinegar little by little.

  3. 3

    Give everything a stir, and you should see the milk curdle immediately. If you don’t, you can add 1 more tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar

    Strain the milk curds through the cheesecloth or muslin cloth. and pour cold water 2 to 3 times on to the milk curds.

    Gather up the corners of the cloth, twist the cloth so that the soft cheese is in the shape of a ball. Squeeze out the excess water

  6. 6

    Place wrapped the cheese over a plate and put heavy object on it. and rest it for 2 to 3 hours.

    After 2 hours you will see round block of the paneer is ready for cooking.

  8. 8

    You can refrigerate the cheese in an airtight container for up to a week. You can also freeze the cheese for up to six months.
