Knead a slightly tight dough with wheat flour, salt to taste and water.

Make small balls from the kneaded dough

Be ready with the ingredients for the stuffing

In a kadai, heat ghee add dessicated coconut, jaggery. Mix well. Saute on low flame. Let the jaggery melt.

Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and chopped banana

Cook well till everything is properly blended together.

Roll out chapati from the balls and place a spoonful of stuffing in the centre of the chapati.

Seal from all the sides, roll in dry flour.

With the rolling pin, roll out a medium thick paratha.

Similarly do with the entire dough.

Now heat a tawa, cook the paratha from both the sides by applying ghee.

When cooked properly from both the sides, remove it on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped banana slices and dessicated coconut. Serve it hot to enjoy the melt in mouth parathas.
