Daal ko soak karen.1 hour phir boil karnay raken pani dal kay 1_1/2glass.

Is ma sabut masalay, red chilli powder, haldi, lehsun, adrak garamasala powder dal ke cook karen jab take daal gal jae aur pani dry. Jesay shami kababs ka karte hain salt add karen.

Louki ko grate kar ke boil karen, phir chan lein bilkul pani na rahe.

Ab daal ko grind karen achi tarha sath Lauki bhi dal ke grind karen

Is mixture ma eggs white, chawal atta, pyaz, green chillies, Podina aur chat masala, lemon juice dal ke mix karen

Lambay seek kababs shape ke kababs bana ke oil ma ya Ghee ma shallow fry karen.
