Colourful angoori raita

Soak urad dal in 2 cup water for 4 hours.

Wash dal and remove extra water.add to mixer grinder jar.

Add salt, cumin seeds, and hing.Grind in a fine paste.beat we till fluffy and light.divide paste in three equal portion.

Add red colour in one and green in another. Mix well.

Fry in small ball size one by on in hot oil and remove and soak in hot water to remove extra oil.

Squeeze gently and keep cool. Take a cup of yoghurt beat well add sugar,raita masala and and chopped corinder leaves.

Add cooled colours balls to it and mix well.serve chill.Sprinkle little more raita masala and serve.
