  • 2 tbspOil
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • As required Water to make a dough
  • as requiredpeas
  • as requiredcarrots
  • as required onions
  • as required cabbage
  • As requiredGaram masala
  • 1/2 cupPaneer
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1 smallTomato chopped
  • 1 tbspTurmeric
  • as required coriander powder
  • ForYoghurt mint chutney:
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 cupmint
  • 1/2 cupyoghurt
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 3 inchesGinger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add flour, salt, oil, turmeric add water make a dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Take a pan, add oil, jeera, vegetables, any season vegetables. Cook properly.

    Add salt and cook when vegetables are done, then add tomato.

    Then add fresh peas. Boiled fresh peas. Mix well.

    Now add all the spices turmeric, garam masala, Coriander powder, àdd paneer.

    Make a paratha stuffed masala roll it or serve with yoghurt mint chutney.

    Take jar add coriander, mint, yoghurt, salt, cumin, Ginger, garlic Green chili. Ready to serve.
